In Whole Dynamo Crusaders series Axel Manning along with Nemi is an best and inseparable Eddy Bane's friend.

Axel Manning (Alpha Teens On Machines) - the same as canon

Leonardo (TMNT 2012) - he is a secondary commanding the Dynamo Crusaders. He is for Eddy's like a brother.

Edd (Ed, Edd n Eddy) - unlike Nemi, he's the most reasonable and level-headed one.

Sasuke Uchiha (Naruto) - He likes compete with Eddy for fun.
